What D* says there probably won't be much different than what they said at the Morgan Stanley thing last week.

RAD did a favor for everybody and listened to the replay and compiled these notes.

- Happy with the PPV take rate
- Expect ARPU to increase in 2010
- The amount of churn due to 2/2010 rate increase similar to chrun at past rate increases, no surprises
- Programming cost growth for 2010 and 2011 expected to be in the mid single digits percentage but retrans agreements could be a problem
- NFL SUnday ticket was profitable for 2009 season, best year every for number of subscribers signing up for it
- Will start rolling out MRV product and H24/HR24 boxes, the first step in whole home solution, in the next few weeks (about 15:45 into call)
- Home Media Center, 1TB of harddrive space, cost to DirecTV not much more then the current HD DVR cost, no mention of end user cost

- About 60% of DirecTV customers have a broadband service now HR24 will allow for easy connection to customers internet service
- About 6000 DoD titles on their servers today. Will raise that number as they connect more customers to broadband
- Will launch DirecTV Cinema product with their DirecTV 12 satellite in the next few months. Allows to push content to the customers DVR.
- They view themselves to be a leader in TV Anywhere. Wants to expand moble content deliver to other sports packages, not just NFL
- In 2009 MDU's were usually through a 3rd party agent but DirecTV wants to move more to direct sales/service and elminate the 3rd party

Thanks to RAD for these.
