"Peacock Games 5" is testing on channel 619-4, several "Peacock Games" channels are also testing on the stream server

I know over the summer it was reported that NBCUniversal was thinking of re-launching a cable sports network that allowed access to the Peacock NBA games and additional Olympics events. Is that what this is? Or is this something else?

NBCU is going to be bringing back NBCSN (NBCSportsNetwork) later this fall from these websites I found confirming

Paramount+ UEFA Champions League channels are testing on 9454-9462, the streaming server is testing 20 of those feeds, so it will likely go up to 9473 by the time it goes live.

Paramount+ UEFA Champions League channels are testing on 9454-9462, the streaming server is testing 20 of those feeds, so it will likely go up to 9473 by the time it goes live.

Looks like DirecTV for Business is stepping right into EverPass's lane — picking up commercial rights for UEFA matches and now working to bundle Amazon Prime's sports content (like TNF and the new NBA deal). Only thing missing from the lineup so far is Netflix's NFL Christmas games.

What's wild is both DirecTV and EverPass now have Sunday Ticket and ESPN+ for Business. Up until this month, ESPN+ for Business was exclusive to DirecTV — so EverPass getting access changes the game completely. For the first time, bars and restaurants can actually choose which distributor they want for the same content.

On top of that, NBC Sports is reportedly launching a new cable sports channel, but apparently Peacock's NFL-exclusive games won't air there. So even if you've got the new NBC channel, you'd still need a separate EverPass setup in your bar for those exclusives (along with access to ALL Premier League soccer matches)

Between all these moving parts, it's starting to look like a full-on "sports streaming war" for business venues — DirecTV trying to be the all-in-one aggregator vs EverPass's streaming-first model.

WMBC/63 in NYC just dumped Dr. Phil's Merit Street for Estrella TV, they're still going to pre-empt mornings for their local news and a time brokered Japanese newscast that has bounced around various independent stations in NYC for the past few decades.

WGBP/66 in Atlanta changed its callsign to WHOT-TV on 10/1 and will be switching to a mix of Hot 97 TV, Trace Urban and local Atlanta news on 10/30

As of now KOFY, KTXD and KYVV are still carrying him

I read that WPMI and KRNV both had their NBC affiliations moved today. New channels are WEAR-D2 and KRXI-D2 respectively.

Only Mobile's NBC switched from WPMI to WEAR-D2 today, NBC Reno is still ID'ing as KRNV and according to Gracenote, the switch to KRXI-D2 isn't happening until 10/27

I now see them (9454-9462) in the guide, not sure if they went live before today's matches, they are showing tomorrow's matches… if it's like how it's offered on EverPass, it should be included on DirecTV business base package

Also channel 9549 will carry NBA on Prime doubleheader this Friday
DirecTV Business website and social media has been silent on both these offerings
