I had a problem and had to cancel my installation. When we called to reschedule the installation, they changed the order number. Now when I try to access the website to view the status and my account, I can't log in and it always says the site is unavailable. If i register again, it will see that my email is the same and I probably won't be able to register. How do I get past this?
