This seems to be a common problem in the Google Play store (formerly Android Market) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sm.SlingGuide.Dish&hl=en
The app used to work fine on my VZW Galaxy Nexus running stock android 4.0.2, but then the app was updated to fix FC errors on an HTC phone and now it doesn't work on my phone. The program logs into sling, loads the guide, and then right as it tries to display guide, crashes. I've reported it a few times through Android error reporting, but the app still hasn't been updated since February 21. I've found old versions of the app, but I can't use them as there appears to be a version check when you connect through the sling/dish servers. Using a 922 btw.
The worst part of this is that the app does work on my GF's rooted Moto Xoom running 4.0.3, her Moto Droid3 with stock Gingerbread, and even my parents iPad 2's, all from my 922, so haters don't point fingers at it.
Normally having the newest version of Android I would expect such problems, but again, it used to work! Can any kind DIRT members dig up any info on if this app is being worked on?
