Dirt help more center ice problems

Hi. Dish network 629 (flyers/winnepeg) standard definition isn't properly letterboxed so the players look like string beans. Can someone fix? I should mention I'm using a 321 and a 522 so there is no "format" button I can use to fix.

As long a I'm on a rant, this is the second time in 10 flyers games there has been a picture problem. 20% of the games having picture quality issues isnt good. Is there no qualify control people who check the pay per view sports feeds and monitor for issues? Or is that my job after paying $170+ dollars?
