DIRT on today?

Don't see anyone listed right now. Need to activate my friend's 211 as an "activation only" account. After calling tech support (hoping I'd get USA CSR) and having her ask me 5 times for my account number I'm guessing it's not going to happen via the phone.

Thanks. Was able to get it done via chat, although I might have DIRT doublecheck things. Seems like it was done right, but chat rep wanted to know if we wanted to use the same credit card we gave them at activation for Autopay. But she didn't argue when I told her we wanted the account to run month to month.

Just PM them and they'll help you the rest if the way . DIRT members have red names at the bottom of the forum home page. http://www.satelliteguys.us/forum.php If you don't see any on you can either PM them and wait or wait until you see one online later.
