I'm having some issues with connecting to my receiver on Dishonline. Really hoping to get something set to record later today, but it says my receiver is not connected, I know it is though!

John

I have a 722 connected via ethernet. No sling. Don't want to watch TV, just want to manage my DVR from dishonline.com like it should work. When I go to dishnetwork.com and look at my account, i see the 722 is "Broadband connected" but when go to dishonline.com, it says "cannot connect to receiver"

Also, when I look at the guide on dishonline.com, it shows locals that are not mine, it shows only a few of my locals, none in HD. What a mess

Dish remote access often does this to my account as well. My best advice is for you to just learn to live with all the discrepancies and inconsistencies. Dish remote access/dish online has never worked like it was supposed to for many subscribers and Dish has yet to "fix" any of the problems you are mentioning.
