I thought he was trying to set up a server to register complaints against Dish. When I googled Discord Server I found out that it is a server that can host various games such as fortnite.

So Discord Server is a game?

No, it's a chat service that you create public or private servers on for your group that has expanded capabilities, is the best way to describe it. Imagine if this site had a Shoutbox, where people could live chat, but with Discord, you can setup different "Rooms", use your mic to talk live, etc.

Here is a server for a gaming clan I hang out with. The Column at the far left is the list of servers I belong too, then the list of different "Rooms" on the server I'm showing, the chats and the members list
