Dish 222k receiver with OTA module signal fade with HDMI plugged in

Just connected a new 222k receiver with the OTA module. The OTA signals are in the low 60s and work fine until I connect an HDMI cable between my 222k and a TV set approx 25 feet away. I get the yellow screen of death as soon as I plug in the HDMI cable and I return to normal HD OTA programming as soon as I remove the HDMI cable. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the help. Do you have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem? Next steps, process of elimination??

How about one of those receptacle testers? How about a long extension cord to plug both TV and receiver into the same wall outlet? Are there any surge protectors involved? Does the same thing happen when using component cables rather than HDMI?
