DISH 54.0 remote question

Setting up a 54.0 remote in order to support mother in law who lives in Florida who just had DISH and a Hopper 3 installed today. Question - is there a way to skip ahead 24 hours in the guide like I currently can do using the 40.0 remote other than hitting the skip forward 8 times?

Yes, Press and hold the skip forward button. A quick press of the same button will move you forward 2 1/2 hours.

Bobby is right. press and hold skip. Very easy. I do it all the time.
