Dish 622 and extra storage

So has anyone figured out what the ethernet or USB conections are for yet? I am looking into getting a 622 but what do you do when you run out of space... I mean about 20 hours of HD is not a lot and I want to store movies until BR and HD-DVD hash it out. Any way to hook these up to a computer and archieve the content or share it between two 622's?

Dish has said that the USB port may be used for future storage expansion/export, but no definite plans have been announced.

USB port is also used to upload phots from digital cameras to the 622 hard drive and can be viewed on tv's via the DVR.

the USB can also be used for a pocketDISH to load programs etc.
