Dish Account Hacked?

I have a few programs that I watch and set to auto record on my hopper, now when I'm home to view them on my dvr I see that some of them have already been watched remotely. When neither my wife or I have done so.
we are the only 2 who would access the dvr remotely and my wife has never done it, and I'v only done so a few times working out of town. Which hasn't been for weeks.

So I'm thinking maybe my account has been hacked? I have the app on my phone but have used it only a few times. Now I am unable to log into mydish.com.
