DISH Account - Unable to View Statement

For about a week, I have been unable to download a copy of my "paper" statement via the DISH website. I know this typically is a problem a day or two after a new bill has posted, but as I said it's been a week now. I've tried two different computers and have even uninstalled Adobe and installed the latest version -- per a CSR's suggestion. Anyone else having the same problem?

Thanks for the info. As said so many times before...this place is so much better than regular customer service!! Actually, the method I tried from the link you posted, jokeworm, didn't work--unless I just didn't precisely follow the directions. But, I eventually did get to my statement after going the "long way around". The problem may be the page I have bookmarked to login to my account.
