DISH and ABC HD

Just got NBC in HD today. I now have FOX, CBS, and now NBC in HD out of Chattanooga TN.

I just wonder what the hold-up is with ABC (WTVC channel 9)? Is there some sort of squabble between DISH and the station?

My Dad lives in Alabama and I noticed DISH has the same 3 locals out of Huntsville in HD, but no ABC.

I am thankful to have NBC in HD for the time being, but I hope ABC in HD will be a reality before too long.

ABC in Huntsville was added last month, it was well over a year after they added CBS, NBC, and FOX.

Nothing to do with ABC nationally. Everything to do with Dish and the owner of WTVC, Freedom Communications.
