I can rarely get Dish Anywhere to tune to the channel I select. It goes through initialization and authentication, but usually I just end up at a "Congratulations you have a Dish 500" screen. What does that mean?
Sometimes I can get it to work, but it doesn't work more often than not. I have also noticed that a lot of times it just defaults back to the last channel I watched. For example, if I was tuned to channel 9 and then tried to watch a program on my DVR, it will go right back to showing live TV on channel 9 instead of loading the DVR program.
Are these common problems with Dish Anywhere? Is there something I can do to resolve them?
