Dish anywhere - failure to create timer

Searched the forum but could not find anything about this. I am logged into dish anywhere, viewing the guide for sports. Click on a program at 3pm, click record, this episode only.

Getting a message “failure to create timer”.

Any advice on how to fix this remotely?

Good question. It’s on espn2. I was hoping to record it so I can watch it later . It’s a women’s basketball game.

I see the same issue with Maryland Indiana, unable to set a timer. I was able to set a timer for the game in front of it.
