Dish Anywhere issue.

Hi

I was wondering if you have experience this Dish Anywhere issue. I am a heavy user of Dish Anywhere. I use it on iPad and my Note 4. Not sure if the issue in the mobile apps or Hopper, but at some point when I select to watch recorded show I get live channel. There is no way to fix it unless I reboot the receiver.

I am a light user of it, but do use it to watch DVR recordings on my Ipad. Never had that problem. Have you reinstalled the app?

I installed it once and just keep updating it when new versions come out.

My last update was 1 Sept, you have anything more recent? I would at least try deleting the app and downloading it again.

I have had that problem. Logging out and back in seems to fix it.

I have also had that problem. Usually I just keep re-trying until it works. Sometimes it takes a few attempts before it actually plays the recording.
