Dish anywhere not working with my Hopper 3

Dish Anywhere mobile app only shows recordings on DVR that were transferred from old Hopper by external harddrive .... no programs recorded by the Hopper 3 show up. ???
this happens on both IOS and Android apps.

There's definitely an issue. DIRT is aware of it and I believe they are working on it.

I am having this problem too - only old shows transferred from an external hard drive are showing up. Any idea of when it will be fixed?

I, too, am having the same problem using a Surface Pro 4 with Windows 10 (OS Build 10586.122).

I tried repairing the Dish Anywhere program a few times but it still will not work.

I get the following error message in Chrome:
There was a problem connecting to your DVR. (Error 17).

I get the following error message in Edge:
There was a problem connecting to your DVR.. (Error 2).

With Firefox, I get the following error when installing the plugin:
After selecting Allow, it downloads the plugin then I get The add-on downloaded from this site could not be installed because it appears to be corrupt.
