dish anywhere problems

my wife uses dish anywhere when she's out and about and has noticed that now her phone won't show live tv. We just got a new H3 yesterday. the on demand will work. but live tv and recordings show that the receiver isn't connected or something like that. i tried it on my phone and it works properly. i noticed that my phone was using an older version of dish anywhere so i updated it. now my phone is stuck on the "logging in" screen of the dish anywhere app and wont go any further than that. anyone else having issues with the app? we dont know what to do.

ok, i uninstalled it from my phone and reinstalled it and logged back into the app and at first when i clicked on a live show, it showed that it wasn't connected for a few seconds but now it work and plays properly. now i gotta figure out why wife's phone wont work with it now

Like yours,
Her phone's DA needs to figure out you now have a different hopper.
Have her log out, clear app data/cashe, uninstall, reinstall DA, fresh login

Like yours,
Her phone's DA may take a minute or so to 'shake hands' with the new/different hopper.
