Dish Anywhere stopped working

Dish Anywhere has been working perfectly for four months and all of a sudden my PC browser won't connect completely to the Hopper.

I can watch a live channel through it, but it won't access the Hopper DVR. I can't get the green light next to the name of the Hopper.

Everything else I have works okay, including the hopper, joey and internet.

It happened suddenly with nothing I know of changing. Does anyone have an idea?

I have the same problem. I cannot get the green light next to the DVR name. The DVR is not accessible from the web app. Dish.Sling.com works fine.

I do not have the Hopper but a sling adapter with a VIP 711.

After I upgraded my ios app last night I have the exact same issue. I saw some other users online iTunes having the same issue.

I have the new hopper with sling. I can view live tv but not the dvr.

I finally fixed this problem and it involved resetting the network connection and resetting the hopper a couple of times. The problem is that the Hopper needs to reset.

Yep, same symptoms here.

Same here, finally rebooted everything and it came up.

Probably caused by one of those Hopper software "upgrades" that seem to cause more bugs than it fixes.

affected the web site as well. both the IOS and the website were resolved.
