i am trying to align a dish 500 to 110/119 and want to know what is the skew ,elevation, and azimuth

and also the skew,elevation,and azimuth for 1000.2 dish

Hi, you could try using dishpointer.com and use the XM satellite at 115W for the skew. That should get you very close. Pointing a Dish 500 is a little weird when it has a lot of skew cranked it. I use the little round mounting pad near the skew bolts as a sighting plate. Ignore the dish and point the pad. That should get you on the two satellites. Later, DC

The dish 500 coordinates are 152 azimuth, 45 elevation, and 81 skew. The 1000.2 are 160 azimuth, 46 elevation, 86 skew.
