Dish Customer Service ?

When is the best chance of me getting a well spoken CSR from Dish. These guys tonight are driving me nuts!!!! They also seem like they cant authorize anything. I wont get into my issues.

Well might as well. In short, I have been through 5 622 receivers in 5 months and they wont upgrade me to a 722. 3 hard drive failures and 2 DOA b/c the HDMI port is screwed up. It is like they are so automated the cant reason.

My replacement received today had a bad hdmi. Now they tried to get technical saying even though my tv is hanging on the wall with all cables in the wall I could take the tv off the wall and use the component cables until the new receiver gets here, so they cant compensate me at all. So I ask them about my DVR service fee (because my Hard Drive crashed) and why cant I get that fee removed. They wouldnt do it. I am so pissed & I dont get pissed easily. Not trying to be a jackass, but is Direct Tv terrible? I love dish programing, but I really feel screwed.

Well, Direct and DISH programming are almost identical now, with Direct having a few more HD channels, so that might be the way to go. Or you can at least threaten, and see what Dish'll do for you, if anything. If not, tell 'em see ya later.
