Dish & DirecTV off same dish?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to have both DirecTV & Dish from same dish? I understand each most likely will need their own LNBs. Is there a source with adapters for this?

I have done it with an old-school, multi-sat, Directv oval dish with three dual lnb's, and a pair of sw 21 switches. This gives you access to the primary (101) DirecTV and the equivelent of a legacy Dish500. Really though it is hardly worth the effort required. Is having a second dish mounted really that terrible of a thing?
