Dish DVR-722 and Home Theater setup.......

I am ready to hookup my home theater system with the 722 and have come to the conclusion that I need to have some help in the setting up operation. Please indulge me as I proceed.
My equipment is:

DISH NETWORK-- DVR-722 ( I have an OTA antenna with a booster and rotator)

SAMSUNG-- DVD-VR300=DVD/VCR RECORDER (WITH COMPONENT AND OPTI AUDIO)

TOSHIBA-- D-VR4SU=DVD/VCR RECORDER (WITH COMPONENT AND OPTI AUDIO)

VIZIO 32" LCD-TV= 3 HDMI--DTV/TV--RGB PC--COMPONENT 1 & 2-- AV-1/S-VIDIO--AV-2 1 OPTICAL (OUT)--1 ANALOG (OUT)

ONKYO HT-S3200

I also have a JOYTECH CONTROL CENTER 240C ( Can I hook this up to the AV components and then to the ONKYO receiver? ) there is only 2 OPTICAL AUDIO inputs on the receiver and 1 COAXIAL AUDIO.

There it is. I realize that I can't record from the TV except from the 722. And that is onto the HD. What I would like to do is record from the 722 HD onto the VCR's. That would be onto tape or DVD's.

If anybody would be so kind as to lend a helping hand, I, and more so my wife who wants me to get the things together and get the "stuff" out of the family room, would be very happy.
