Dish & Express VU

I'm snowbirding in AZ and my neighbor is from Canada. he is having problems picking up his Express VU sats. He is in a Motorhome with a Dome and can't pick up his Canadian sats. He is now going to try to use a Dish500 with a DishPro LNB. Will this work? And what might be his problem with his Dome? Could all this be because he is in the US?

ExpressVU (now called Bell TV) the SD satellite (91W) will work in Arizona. However the footprint for 82W (known mainly as the HD sat) is no where near there anymore..stops about Wyoming/Nebraska area

n the green ring a 20" works fine
pink requires a 30" or so
purple...1 meter to 1.2 meter

outside of that....nada. No signal at all
