I am getting a new camper and would like to know what is the best Dish receiver and antenna for my camper.

With all those data facts ,I would say a Hopper 3 with a Winegard Trav'ler automatic roof dish.

Stay away from Tailgater. Too many sad stories on that product here,

You asked for the "best" and then picked the cheapest. Zero on the Tailgater.

The Winegard Pathway X2 is much better than the Tailgater.

If you don't already have Dish, I recommend you talk to DISHForMyRV: DISH Mobile Satellite Systems & Pay As You Go TV for RV, Camping, Tailgating, & the Great Outdoors to make sure you get the "Pay As Go Plan". I use the Winegard Trav'ler with a Wally w/ EHD and only pay $35.02 a month when it's active. Either the Pathway X2 or the Trav'ler are great choices as they can get 61.5 (Eastern Arc) which helps if you camp in the North Eastern woods.
