If I subscribe to an international package containing HD programming, how much will Dish charge to replace the Dish. And, does the Dish HD dish, a black dish with Dish HD written in red color text get the international channels signal and HD signal altogether in one dish.

Yep, Matt will be able to give you a real price, if any...

In order to get the internationals, you must have a D1000+ or a D500+ dish. This dish has one lnb that is much larger that the others for the 118.7 satellite.

If you currently have a D1000.2 WA pointed at 110,119 and 129, it can be replaced, but Dish will have to change it out for a D1000+. If you are currently using a D1000.2 EA pointed at 61.5 and 72.7, they will have to add a D500+ to your antenna farm.

No one here can give you pricing, because that is entirely determined by your status with Dish, any where from $0 to $200.
