I have a HD DVR (622) that was installed about 6 weeks ago. There is only one tv attached over an HDMI and a DVD recorder attached over a composite cable (from the TV1). The 622 is attached to a working phone line (the diagnostics say it is ok). There is nothing attached to the TV2 outs. Our house also has a a Dual tuner standard def DVR attached to two other TVs.
Any time I try to pull up channel 100 or access the on demand movies on the 622 we get an error message:
"Dish home interactive TV is in use on another TV, Please try again later"
and you have to cancel out.
This channel 100 and On demand works on the other standard def receiver.
I have tried resetting the 622, and we get the error in single and dual mode. Does anyone have any clue what is going on here?
