I have Dishnetwork with 2- Vip722's DVR's running 2-Rooms with HD TV's and 2-Rooms with STD TV's. I am now adding a 5th HD TV. I think the new receiver for the 5th TV will be a VIP211K.

Is it as ease as a spliter on one of the 4 tv lines now to the new 5th TV that will have it's own HD receiver?

The new receiver will need a cable run from the dish. Go to Sys Info and tell us what equipment you currently have. If you have a D1000.2, all you need to do is run a cable from the dish to the new receiver since this dish can feed up to 3 receivers.

You're 3rd receiver will need its own cable run from the dish. You cannot "split" from any of the existing runs.
