I found this type of c band dish twice in my area can anyone give me idea sorry for the bad pic.

That's an odd one. It doesn't appear to be a standard Prodelin, and it's not a Channel Master. It seems to have some sort of odd hand-cranked mount. I'd need a little sharper photo of the mount to tell more.

Looks like some kind of HtoH mount? ??? Need more detailed pics 2 know.
Seems unused as it seems 'heeled over' all the way to the horizon. Get permission to get up close and personal with it. Maybe it's available. (for your use?) after getting to know 'the right people.

Looks like it has a standard actuator in that photo, and it's petalized, but I can't id it for sure, sorry.
