Dish install was today not too happy

same thing happened to me today. installer installed the 622 and dish 1000 and couldnt get higher than 50. I am in Austin Texas....Saw some pixelation.....

Citadel, my installer didn't use a 1000, he just connected an old 300 that was already on my roof to my existing 500. I'm getting 82-86 on 129 with the 300, and in the 90's for both 110 and 119 with the 500.

See if you can get them to bring out another dish!
