dish lnbf

hello i canceled my dish service and while getting the boxes etc mailed to me to mail back i was told i needed to mail back the lnbf, there is not a really easy way for me to get it without renting a boom truck to go the roof to get to the dish. in your guy's experience have you guys ever known for dish to want the lnbf back and will i be penalized for not being able to return it, as it is not easy to get to me without extra expense that at this point in time i can not really afford. I talked to the rep who arranged for my service to be canceled and said they would prefer to get the lnbf back however if if i cant really get to it they understand but i will have to pay a fee for returned equipment, even though the lnbf is not easy for me to get to without extra expense that i can not afford
