DISH NET SATALLITE problem

My dish net satellite in the country has worked for 15 years. Last weekend I took out my MODEL DP311 recevier and connected and did a test and it revealed satellite reception but no switch box found. additionally my signal strength was zero.

I checked the settings on my dis and they were still the same. Tried adjusting the satellite no change in signal strength. ZIP code 78880 a;ways worked before any suggestions to try?

I have replaced the LNB and now the test shows I have a twin switch installed but still no connection.
