Dish Network - 4K question

Can you tell a difference in picture quality between Netflix on Dish and Netflix though your tv?

My eye sight is not that great, but honestly, I don't see a difference. My ole lady does not either. However, same goes for OTA, and DTV. We just cannot see the difference.
Now when we watch something on the 4K tv, we can serve a difference compared to the same size 1080P.
