DISH Network Brings Local TV Channels to Dayton, Ohio

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 2003--EchoStar Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:DISH) will announce Thursday that its DISH Network(TM) now offers local TV channels by satellite television to Dayton, Ohio.
The following local TV channels are offered: ABC Ch. 2 (WDTN), CBS Ch. 7 (WHIO), NBC Ch. 22 (WKEF), FOX Ch. 45 (WRGT), WB Ch. 26 (WBDT) and PBS Ch. 16 (WPTD).

This is the first time local TV channels are available by satellite TV in the Dayton area, providing an alternative to local cable TV service. Local channels will be offered at $5.99 per month for DISH Network customers in Dayton. DISH Network also provides digital video recording technologies and high definition TV channels to Dayton.

DISH Network offers local channels via satellite to Dayton customers in 10 Ohio counties including: Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Logan, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Wayne county in Indiana will also receive Dayton local channels.
