Hey folks!

Recently added an HD tv to the house and currently have Duo ViP 222k receiver. This provides HD on tv1, but only SD on tv2. I want HD on both. And then mirror SD to tv3.

Can I do this? If so, what receiever(s) are needed?

Huge thanks in advance!

Matt

If you want independent HD on each tv, there is only 1 receiver that will do that. The Hopper. That with a Joey will give you hd on all three sets.

Like dare2be said, adding a 211 receiver is the best option. It only increases your bill $7 and allows you to watch three TVs independently. Two will be in HD and one with be SD.

If you want to mirror the tv's, then you would need a hdmi spliter, this would save you the fee each month.
Note: I think you will get a better picture and enhancement using hopper and Joey. My setup is one hopper and one Joey. I like to have all tv's mirror, so my two hd tv uses a hdmi spliter, and the sd tv's are on a modulator. My main hd tv can be on the Joey or hopper. The second hd can only be on the Joey. The sd tv's can be on the Joey or hopper.

ESPN 1080p HD?

Crazy new problem with DVR recording shows.
