I looked on Dish Network but I guess its a guarded secret. How much does a PPV movie cost on Dish Network? Is it $5.99? is it different for HD?

$5.99 is the average price for HD ppv movies.Once in a while they will have a movie on before it hits theaters and they of course will be higher.

$4.99 is the average price for ppv movie in sd.

You can see the pricing via your receiver,and if you click on a ppv movie from your account (order ppv) then the prices will be shown.

Odd because the pricing is clearly there on the website. You do have to select the movie you're interested in though...
