Dish Network service in Dominican Republic & HD

Many of my US amigos living in Dominican Republic say it's possible to set up DishNetwork and receive HD channels. The do this by legally paying the subscription fee (having a US address) and then have someone setup the antenna and align it. Any out there in DR that can confirm? Also, once done, where can i find the specific settings in the setup menu on the reciever once i setup the box

I think it would be better for you to try a Puerto Rico / USVI address, get Dish HD from ConUS satellites on the caribbean its too difficult and complicated right now.
