New Subscriber to Dish Contract w/o Install?

I already have the antenna / lnbs / boxes / wiring / everything set-up correctly. All i need to do is subscriber to DishNetwork service. If i call in will they do that over the phone? Can I activate all my boxes over the phone w/o a Tech coming out?

Also, anyone know if there is a contract or service/activation fee if you don't buy/rent/and have Dish come out to install?

You shouldn't have a problem. Ask for tech support when you call as most foreign CSR's are clueless. They may have to send you smart cards depending on what equipment you have. Also, no contract will be required.

You should be able to do a Flex account. If they say they need a $149 activation fee, send me a PM and I'll see if there is any way we can waive it.
