Back then it was probably from either a local dealer or a "fulfiller" for a selling-only agent. Digital Home Plan, lol, that does take me back. Wasn't that the first "lease," where you didn't buy the equipment?

You gotta cut the guy a break; his system was never installed correctly, he's been having fits with it since 2002, and he'd like to know who to hold responsible.
