Dish network website

Why is their customer care website so slow????
not just today, mostly all the time.

Because they run it on an older 486SX-33.

Actually I just opened up another window and every click loaded any of the dish network pages in less than 2 seconds.

Even the new Sirius Music Channel PDF loaded in about 7 seconds.

Might just be network congestion on your end.

It's not the dish site itself.
It's the customer support pages. the pages that loaded after you sign-on to their site.

Aparently there office computers are pretty slow to, It took them like 10 minutes to get me signed up and the guy kept sayin this computers so dam slow lol the first time i called the guy said to call back to talk to someone else cause his computers slow.

I believe their secure area is overburdened.. overloaded.

I think their retailer website was also slow for several days, at least when I tried to get onto the home page, but that could have just been the connection.
