Just call DISH Network.. and talk to CSR(s) .. i am sure you d be given proper information and instructions..

The Dishnetwork customer service representative was very cooperative. I had an older receiver with an older card. Even without the older card in my possession, I was able to make that receiver active in my billing and obtained a new yellow card a few days later. You shouldn't have ANY problem with a CSR regarding obtaining new CAMS to receive programming.
