DISH Network's "TV EVERYWHERE" Trademark suspended

More trouble for DISH, it appears their Trademark for "TV ANYWHERE" has been suspended.

I don't know how any sane person can think that "TV Anywhere" and "On Demand Anywhere" are identical, but then again, I don't approve of trademarks AT ALL if they're composed of previously-existing words, AND I think that satellite's version of VOD is stupid.

Well thats just crazy. Someday someone will object to their trademark being a name in english. The complaint will read "our trademark is in english!"
