Dish Now confusion

Hi,My name is Barb. I'm new so forgive any ignorance. I have a prepaid Dish Now that was working great. I moved 1 mile away and can't get my programming. I have a perfect signal on the correct sattelite (110) I now have different programs that I didn't have before and none of the ones I've should have. I just added more days and that shows up on the bottom. I went through the automated troubleshooter and the bottom line is they can't help me. Anybody encounter this? If so PLEASE HELP ME. I can't afford to have Dish Tech come out. Thanks
 
If your only getting signal from 110, that's your problem. After you moved, and hooked everything back up - did you run a check switch test? Or verify you were getting signal on satellites 110 and 119?
