Not sure how to screen shot

What device and operating system are you using? The screen shot should always be done even for your own records in the event of a dispute later on, not just with DISH but in general since last thing you want is DISH somehow bills you $8.00 each month but you don't have the documentation to prove you had a $0.00 offer for a x amount of time. This would be useful should you need to contact the FCC to resolve the issue after DISH will not honor the offer you signed up for later.

i went into my acct on the hooper and to my offers and everything turned back up as if i was a new customer!!! has anyone tried looking on the my dish app via there hoppers lately.. there was a strange update yesterday affternoon my hopper has never done updates during the day.

Never had time to use the Hopper 3 account app yet. I also have a Hopper Plus so it's not the same as the Hopper 3 standalone. Will try it when I have more time, need to beat the taxes extension filing deadline first as I am still working on entering the data into the tax software.

Just checked my account and it shows mgm+ at 8.00 per month, but that has red line drawn thru it and shows 0.00 per month. But it doesn't say how long this lasts,...... 1 month, 3 months, forever. I called customer service to get an answer, and they said nothing like that exists. Should I add the offer or not? Already paying them too much, but want to take advantage of something free.

Not for me, mines has no mention of how long aka the offer period and the Terms and conditions the $0.00 is good for. All I see is one can lose $5.00 if you decide to remove it before day 31 after you add it to the account.

You have a different offer that is free for a shorter timeframe which is different than the one that I and bnewt saw without defining the promotion period as I sent the question to DISH Care via Facebook Messenger and this is the response I got back 20 minutes ago.
