Dish Online Platinum Content Dead?

For about 2-3 weeks all the content that I was able to download to my (2) 622 STB's is blank. (Options 3 & 4 off the DVR main menu).

Is this just me? Or is all the downloadable content gone?

I think it auto-deletes after a period of time.

i'm pretty sure that each of the shows have an end date on them. meaning they are available up until a certain day. got to watch them or lose them.

For some reason, once in a while the downloaded program has an expired date. I have to delete them and download them a second time.

I just checked and it is working fine here. If you go to the Network Setup screen ( Menu 6-1-8-2) does it list an IP address?

Yes I have an IP on both of my STB. "Connected Online" showing under Network Setup.
