The last few days now all my locals are very broken up (digital drop outs) recording/watching via Satellite; but OTA is fine. Is Dish having issues, or do I need to have my dish peaked?

When I go to instal settings I get 50ish on 110 & 119 but only 30 on 129. I tried slight tweaking to the elevation on the dish; no help. didn't want to get into azmith or skew. I've been paying for the protection plan, will there be a service fee to have it peaked? (if that's what I need)

Thanks,
Bryan

I noticed this same issue last night on all of the local stations in Grand Rapids, MI. I was able to view all other stations I subscribe to without any of the pilexlization I was seeing on the local stations. My receivers are both Hoppers so I don't have access to over the air stations to compare the two. I forgot to mention that these symptoms were visible from 9:30PM-1:15AM when I retired for the evening.

If you have any reason to suspect a signal issue, you should go to the "Point Dish" screen and check your signal strengths on the satellite that is home to your LIL.

That being said, DTWS on my local affiliate (KATU) started out with some horrific compression artifacts last night but quickly adjusted. I didn't check the OTA feed for comparison as I was starting to watch 40 minutes delayed (which allows me to come to "live" more or less in sync with the broadcast).

Just "moved" - new channel lineup not coming in
