Dish Remote Access Recording Problems

When I try to record a show using the Dish Remote Access feature on my computer it never works. On the computer it says it is working but it never records on my 622 DVR. Is anyone else having this problem?
I also have Direct TV at my vacation home and their remote access via the computer works flawlessly so it is not me.
