I was just wondering if anyone else is having issues with the iphone app. When I click on my DVR or remote it says you have to have a receiver connected to the internet. The problem is i f you go to Select System Setup (6), Installation (1) then Broadband Setup (9) in the dish menu my receiver says it's connected. I also go to diagnostics and it says broadband and phone connection ok. I've even tried to log in on my computer and it can't find my DVR either. So I'm not sure if it's a network issue or my set up issue.

i can, well most of the time. sometimes it's not working other times it is. my HD local channels still show listings for Tucson, AZ even though i live in Arkansas!!

I am having problems with my ipod touch remote access (I can tell it to record things, but I can't use it as a remote).

Same with the sling website.

I was getting frustrated thinking it was something with my network configuration, so it is nice to see others are having problems too. :)

Right there with you. It was working great until they screwed it up by adding off-line access. Now I also have the Tucson locals even though I live in California. The executive office says this is a known issue and they are working on it.

same issue here, glad to know I don't have to troubleshoot any more. The app and interface is MUCH better than directv's but the amount of on demand content is a joke. :(
