iPhone remote access

I activated the Dish remote access app for my iPhone but the app still believes I'm a first time user and instructs me tosign up on the website even though I've already done that - Ive recieved an email from Dish even confirming my activation.

I've tried to uninstall and then reinstall the app - after entering my username/pass I get the same message asking me to sign up on the website.

I used to be a part of the beta which was a Sling web app which worked correctly with my 722 which is always online.

Anyone know what needs to be done so the app shows you as a registered user?
 
I downloaded the app to my IPOD Touch and it does the same thing. I think it is an error in the program because if you wait it will connect and work correctly.
